Brian J. Hingston focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in State and Federal Court, where he represents both commercial and not-for-profit clients. Brian is skilled in addressing matters involving intricate medical issues and cases involving religious institutes.
Mr. Hingston graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2015 and obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. During his time in law school, Mr. Hingston wrote for and was elected as the editor for the online publication of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy. Mr. Hingston was also a judicial extern for the Honorable John J. O’Sullivan in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hingston gained experience in civil litigation while working at a law firm in Chicago handling personal injury cases. He has successfully represented clients in courts throughout Illinois and has prevailed in the Illinois First District Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court. Brian is experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
