Karl E. Hunsicker
Karl Hunsicker concentrates his legal practice on a diverse range of complex civil litigation in both State and Federal Court. His extensive trial experience includes matters concerning medical malpractice, nursing home lawsuits, traumatic injury, and premise liability. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Hunsicker has steered hundreds of highly contentious disputes to successful conclusion. Regardless of subject or client, Karl’s favorite part of practicing law is guiding his clients through the long and complicated legal process, which can sometimes be confusing and even intimidating without the right legal team.
Mr. Hunsicker obtained his law degree in 2004 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and in 2001 obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from Knox College, where he was awarded the Murphy-Borg Warner Scholarship. Karl was a senior writer for the school newspaper and member of the wrestling team, both in college and at Luther North High School on Chicago’s northwest side.
Mr. Hunsicker is an active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and volunteers for several substance abuse support groups. In his free time, he enjoys bowling, camping, sports, science fiction, and classical literature.
