Patrick Wall is a Senior Counsel at Airdo Werwas. Patrick concentrates his practice in corporate transactions and healthcare litigation, as well as providing counsel and advice to all types of clients regarding a broad spectrum of legal matters before, during, and after litigation.
In addition to his legal experience, Patrick has significant business and leadership experience. That background allows him to counsel a client with their business priorities in mind and negotiate resolutions as their specific needs require. Patrick has taken over twenty-five cases to verdict, including wrongful death, and punitive damage claims. Patrick has represented business clients in state and federal courts, and state and federal agencies in a wide range of civil matters including claims under both state and federal law. Patrick has defended and prosecuted Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions at both state and federal levels, involving not only commercial contracts, but theft of trade secrets, and protection of confidential proprietary business information. Patrick has experience with the needs of the start-up community, and how to structure their business visions and goals into the proper corporate structure.
Patrick’s clients have been affirmed by both the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the First and Third District Illinois Appellate Court. Patrick has extensive experience with Illinois State Courts, as well as the Northern and Central Illinois Federal District Courts, Southern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
During his career, Patrick has consistently obtained favorable results for his clients, through the use of all types of motion practice, ADR, and if necessary, Trial.
Before joining Airdo Werwas, Patrick practiced a variety of areas of law, including medical malpractice defense, civil rights defense, municipal and corporate advice, litigation, personal injury defense, and several others.
