Airdo Werwas, once again, presented at the Resource Center for Religious Institutes’ National Conference in Orlando, Florida, on October 30 through November 1. Michael A. Airdo conducted a pre-conference workshop entitled, “Legal Overview for Religious Institutes in 2018.” He also presented seminars on cyber risk for members and employees of religious institutes, shifting risk through contracts and insurance requirements, and practical employment law tips for religious employers. Michael was honored to also speak alongside Sister Sharon Euart, RSM, the Executive Director for RCRI, in addressing Conference attendees on recently arisen civil law issues and trends that have implications for the future of consecrated life and the various ministries that religious institutes sponsor.
