Autumngrace Page is a Law Clerk at Airdo Werwas, where she supports the firm’s employment law team while preparing for the bar examination. Upon admission to the Illinois Bar, she will join the firm as an associate.

Autumngrace brings a strong compliance and research background to the firm. She has conducted multi-state regulatory analysis, assisted with workplace policy review, and supported investigations involving sensitive employee concerns. Her experience includes drafting legal memoranda and motions, analyzing complex statutory frameworks, and helping clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements. With a detail-oriented and people-centered approach, Autumngrace is committed to helping employers address workplace challenges thoughtfully and proactively.

Before joining the firm, Autumngrace served as a law clerk where she drafted litigation filings and conducted legal research for firm partners. She also worked as a Compliance Intern with Encompass Health, performing multi-state regulatory research and assisting with hospital governance audits. In addition, she served as a law clerk with the Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program, where she supported client intake efforts and conducted research on healthcare implementation issues.

Autumngrace earned her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where she served in leadership roles with the Public Interest and Community Service Executive Board and the Student Health Law Association. She was also a member of the ABA Mediation Team and the Healthcare Transactional Team. Autumngrace received her Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and Urban Studies from Wheaton College where she served as the Vice President of Sigma Tau Delta and worked as a peer-advisor to students who needed assistance finding work.

Outside of work, Autumngrace values community involvement and serves on a junior board supporting individuals with disabilities. Her interests also include playing tennis, reading, and spending time with her family and friends, and, of course, her dog.
