Today, during Administrative Professionals Week, we are proud to recognize Emma Pondel.
In her role as Director of Client Services, Emma leads many of the firm’s client engagement efforts, from events and marketing initiatives to the day-to-day details that enhance the overall client experience. Her creativity, organization, and attention to detail play a key role in how the firm connects with clients and the community.
She brings that same sense of connection into her time outside the office, often spending her weekends with family and friends or relaxing at home with her two cats. It’s that balance of energy and thoughtfulness that carries into everything she does.
