Welcome Mitchell!

We are pleased to welcome Mitchell R. Paglia to Airdo Werwas, LLC, as an Attorney.

Mitchell joins the firm’s Litigation Team, where he represents clients in complex civil matters and brings meaningful experience in both state and federal court. His practice is shaped by a strong background in public-sector litigation, giving him a practical understanding of the legal, operational, and institutional considerations that often accompany these matters.

Before joining Airdo Werwas, Mitchell represented governmental entities in disputes involving civil rights, contract claims, governmental liability, personal injury, and other significant civil matters. He previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of Chicago Department of Law and also held legal roles with the Illinois Secretary of State’s Securities Department and the Office of the Chief Legal Counsel for the Illinois House of Representatives.

That combination of litigation and government experience gives Mitchell a thoughtful perspective on how complex matters develop and what clients need from counsel throughout the process. We are excited to have him bring that judgment, experience, and perspective to the firm.
