Airdo Werwas, LLC, extends its warm congratulations to Very Reverend Thomas R. McCarthy, O.S.A.,as he is installed as the new Prior Provincial of the Augustinians of the Midwest.
We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the Augustinians and their many ministries, and we look forward to continuing that relationship under Fr. Tom's leadership. As he assumes this important role, we are confident that his dedication to the Augustinian mission and his commitment to serving others will guide the Province well in the years ahead.
In the spirit of Saint Augustine, we welcome Fr. Tom with gratitude and hope. As Augustine reminded us, “For you I am a bishop, but with you I am a Christian. The former is an office accepted; the latter, a gift received. The former is a danger; the latter, salvation” May this office be exercised with humility, wisdom, and charity, always remembering that true leadership is rooted in service and shared discipleship.
