IADC Brussels Recap

One last look back at Brussels!

Airdo Werwas, LLC Founding Member Michael A. Airdo recently joined fellow members of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) for the Brussels Regional Meeting and 2026 International Corporate Counsel College.

Among the highlights was a guided tour of the historic Palace of Justice of Brussels, led by fellow IADC member and Belgian Supreme Court attorney Paul Lefebvre. The visit offered a fascinating glimpse into Belgium's legal history, architecture, and judicial traditions. We extend our appreciation to Paul for sharing his knowledge and making the experience especially memorable.

Beyond the courthouse, the week included time exploring Brussels, gathering with colleagues, and enjoying the friendships and professional relationships that have developed through years of involvement with the IADC.

As we wrap up our Brussels highlights, we are reminded that experiences like these are about more than the events themselves. They offer opportunities to see the legal profession through a different lens, appreciate the traditions that shape it, and strengthen the relationships that connect us across borders.
