Today, we have the special opportunity to celebrate our Founding Member, Michael A. Airdo, on his birthday — a birthday he shares with His Holiness Pope Leo XIV.
Michael’s leadership, faith, and commitment to service have been at the heart of Airdo Werwas since its founding, shaping not only our firm but the many relationships we are fortunate to have with our clients, colleagues, and friends.
This year, their shared birthday is especially meaningful following Michael’s recent visit to the Vatican, where he had the extraordinary privilege of having an extended audience with Pope Leo XIV in his Private Library. It is also a special blessing that this shared birthday falls on the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. What a beautiful day to celebrate the gift of life—a feast that reminds us that through the Cross, suffering is transformed by love, and death gives way to the promise of eternal life.
