As our Chief Operating Officer, Carmen oversees the administrative and operational functions that keep everything moving forward. Over the years, her leadership, reliability, and deep knowledge of the firm have made her an essential part of our team and our continued growth. She brings a steady, thoughtful approach to everything she does, providing the structure and consistency that allows the rest of us to focus on serving our clients.
That same care and attentiveness carry beyond her role. Whether she’s tending to her garden, out on a bike ride, or enjoying long walks with her husband and their Husky, Carmen brings a sense of balance and intention to her time. And, of course, she is also the one making sure the plants around the office stay alive and thriving—something we all quietly rely on more than we probably realize.
