Werwas, along with Senior Counsel, Elizabeth Yanan, will be presenting a webinar for the members of the Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI) titled The Employee Lifecycle in Religious Institutes: Hiring, Supervision, and Termination.
The webinar will address key considerations at each stage of the employment relationship, with a focus on the unique legal, operational, and mission-driven aspects of religious institutes. Drawing on their experience advising these organizations, the presenters will offer practical guidance on hiring, effective supervision, and thoughtful approaches to employee transitions.
