RCRI National Conference 2026

Greetings from St. Louis!

Airdo Werwas, LLC Founding Members Michael A. Airdo and Mollie E. Werwas are in St. Louis for the 2026 Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI) National Conference, taking place November 2–5.

This year's theme, Unity & Diversity in a Synodal Church, brings together religious leaders and professionals from across the country to share knowledge, navigate challenges, and explore ways to strengthen the future of religious life.

Throughout the conference, Michael and Mollie will lead five presentations addressing some of the most important legal and operational considerations facing religious communities today. From emerging legal developments and shared services agreements to charitable trusts, governance, religious commissaries, and the future use of religious property, their sessions will offer practical guidance to help communities protect their resources while remaining faithful to their missions.

For Michael and Mollie, RCRI is also a meaningful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, build new relationships, and spend time with the religious communities whose dedication and service continue to inspire our work.

We're looking forward to a wonderful week of learning, conversation, and fellowship with everyone gathered in St. Louis. See you at RCRI 2026!
