Throughout National Vocation Awareness Week, we have had the opportunity to recognize individuals whose dedication helps strengthen and support religious life. As the week comes to a close, we are pleased to highlight Friar Mario L. Serrano, OFM Conv., and his commitment to helping others discover and respond to their calling.
As Board Chair of the National Religious Vocation Conference (NRVC) and Vocation Director for the Franciscan Friars Conventual, Friar Mario understands the importance of accompanying individuals through the deeply personal journey of discernment. His work is a reminder that a vocation is not simply a decision made at one moment, but a calling nurtured through faith, community, and the guidance of those willing to walk alongside others.
We are grateful for Friar Mario's leadership, his dedication to vocation ministry, and the example he sets through his service.
As we conclude National Vocation Awareness Week, we extend our appreciation to Friar Mario, the entire NRVC community, and all those who devote their lives to helping others recognize and embrace their calling.
