Welcome Haley!

We are pleased to welcome Haley E. Trecarichi to Airdo Werwas, LLC, as an Attorney.

Haley represents public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on governance, transactional, real estate, and development matters. She works closely with townships, special districts, and other public bodies, advising on issues involving land use and zoning, public contracting and procurement, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

She also represents real estate developers throughout the development process, assisting with due diligence, zoning analysis, governmental approvals, development agreements, and appearances before boards, commissions, and other public bodies. Her experience working with both governmental entities and developers gives her a practical understanding of the legal and operational considerations that shape complex development projects.

Before joining Airdo Werwas, Haley represented local governments and real estate developers at a law firm in Denver, Colorado. She earned her J.D., with honors, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2024.

Haley brings a thoughtful and responsive approach to her practice, with an emphasis on clear communication and practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals. We are excited to have her join the Airdo Werwas team and look forward to the experience and perspective she will bring to our clients and firm.
