NAEAE Annual Meeting

This week, Member Mark J. Kimzey will join association executives from across North America for the 2022 North American Equipment Association Executives Annual Meeting in Napa, California.

On Friday, September 25, Mark will present “Legal Landmines for Association Executives,” a session focused on the legal issues that can emerge in the course of leading an association and, just as importantly, how organizations can recognize and address those issues before they become larger concerns.

Association executives regularly navigate questions involving governance, employment, contracts, policies, member relationships, and organizational risk. Mark’s presentation will draw on those realities to offer a practical look at where legal challenges tend to arise and how thoughtful planning can help organizations respond more effectively.
