We also highlighted the importance of accountability and safeguarding charitable resources to ensure long-term stability. In the afternoon, the presentation on Legal Insights for Effective Trust and HR Administration focused on offering practical guidance on overseeing charitable trusts and building strong HR practices. from honoring donor intent to creating effective employee policies in faith-based settings. The session emphasized how thoughtful administration can strengthen both organizational integrity and mission fidelity.
Our goal for these conversations was to highlight the importance of strong governance and practical tools that help religious institutes remain faithful to their mission while navigating today’s complex legal environment.
A special thank you to Sabrina Hildago for leading yet another outstanding conference experience for us and all of the attendees!
