Emma Pondel serves as Director of Client Services at Airdo Werwas, LLC, where she works closely with attorneys and clients to ensure a seamless, responsive, and efficient legal experience. She oversees docketing and legal administration, manages the preparation and filing of pleadings, disclosures, and correspondence, and ensures compliance with all court deadlines and filing requirements, while supporting clear and consistent client communication throughout each matter. Emma also leads the training and onboarding of new legal assistants, helping maintain high standards of service and operational consistency across the firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University. In her free time, Emma enjoys crocheting and sewing.
