Liam Kenney is an associate who currently concentrates his practice on civil litigation in the defense of townships, nursing homes, and medical care facilities. Mr. Kenney has years of experience in the courtroom, having led numerous arbitrations, mediations, and multiple jury trials to verdict.
Mr. Kenney holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Iowa and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he graduated in 2021. While in law school, Liam held positions as editor of both the Journal of Regulatory Compliance and the Annals of Health Law and Life Sciences. Liam possesses a broad range of legal expertise and knowledge having served as a student extern for the Honorable Margaret A. Brennan (Ret.), the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic, and the American Dental Association. These experiences ranged from representing citizens of Chicago in abuse and eviction cases to providing quality legal counsel to physicians and corporate entities across the country.
Before joining the firm, Liam served as a law clerk to the Honorable Neil H. Cohen in the Circuit Court of Cook County’s Chancery Division where he worked on high profile municipal, contract, and employment cases, among others. He then went on to become a trial attorney representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. Liam’s wealth of experience in both litigation and transactional matters allows him to provide the highest level of legal counsel to his clients.
