Timothy Borchardt focuses his practice primarily on healthcare litigation and insurance defense.
Mr. Borchardt graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2017 and obtained his undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University. During his time in law school, Mr. Borchardt wrote for and served as an associate editor for the University of Illinois Law Review. Mr. Borchardt was also a staff attorney intern in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Lake County, Illinois.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Borchardt gained experience in civil litigation in both circuit and appellate courts while working at a law firm in the Chicago area handling medical malpractice cases. He also gained significant insight into the judicial decision-making process through his clerkship with the Hon. Brigid McGrath in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. Mr. Borchardt uses his strong litigation skills as well as his knowledge of the judicial decision-making process to zealously and effectively advocate for his clients.
