Mollie Werwas was selected by the National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI) to present its National FETTI Annual Conference, on October 5, 2017, at the Union League Club in Chicago, Illinois. Mollie presented a session entitled, “The Dog Ate My Policy: Determining Coverage When the Policy is Lost,” that addressed the perspectives of both insurers and policy holders in lost policy insurance claims.
