Michael A. Airdo moderated a Panel entitled, “Innovations in ADR,” at the IADC’s Midyear Meeting in La Quinta, California, on February 12, 2018. The panelists discussed mediation and arbitration in Asia, using a “mock arbitration” in the UK and Middle East, and techniques to settle difficult cases. Mr. Airdo also held a workshop on Board Governance at the Lasallian Association of Secondary School Chief Administrators (LASSCA) Conference on February 26, 2018 in Orlando, Florida.
