This Women’s History Month, we celebrate Eileen F. Skinner, MHA FACHE, Institute Chief Operating Officer at the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, for her exceptional leadership which spans decades. With a deep-rooted passion for mission-driven business operations, Eileen ensures that the Sisters of Mercy and the Sisters’ many ministries have the operational strength and direction needed to serve communities with compassion, excellence, and innovation. Ms. Skinner has held key leadership roles at Shriners Hospitals for Children, Mercy Health System of Maine, and Ochsner Health, where she has driven strategic growth, diversity initiatives, and healthcare transformation. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Eileen holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University and has earned multiple certifications in the medical and healthcare fields.
Ms. Skinner’s dedication to service has left and continues to leave a profound impact on both the Sisters of Mercy and the many communities she encounters. Airdo Werwas, LLC, is indebted to Eileen for her model leadership and are thankful for the opportunity to work alongside her to further the Sisters of Mercy’s mission to serve, advocate and pray for those in need around the world.
