As we continue celebrating Women’s History Month, we are proud to recognize Jennifer Kirmes for her impactful leadership in education and community service.
As President of Mamre Inc., Jennifer helps guide initiatives that support individuals and families through compassionate, community-centered services. With deep experience in both school settings and statewide education policy, Jen brings insight, collaboration, and a strong dedication to children and families to her work. Her ability to connect policy with practical impact helps strengthen the communities Mamre serves and ensures that programs are grounded in both strategy and compassion.
In addition to her work with Mamre, Jennifer serves as Deputy Superintendent of School Improvement for Proviso Township High School District #209, where she plays a vital role in advancing student success, strengthening academic programs, and supporting educators across the district.
Through both roles, Jennifer demonstrates a strong dedication to service, collaboration, and lasting impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her and appreciate the leadership, integrity, and care she brings to everything she does.
