This Women’s History Month, we are proud to recognize our founding member, Mollie Werwas, for her dedication, vision, and the care and expertise she brings to her work.
A respected advocate and strategic litigator, Mollie has built her practice on trusted relationships and thoughtful counsel. She guides clients through complex litigation matters across industries including health care, transportation, manufacturing, education, and nonprofit organizations. Her work in risk management and insurance coverage helps institutions remain strong, stable, and prepared for the future.
Beyond her legal practice, Mollie is committed to seeing women advance in the legal profession. Inspired by the motto of her alma mater, the former Immaculate Heart of Mery High School in Westchester,-- “Every woman has the need to become that which she has the ability to become” -- she strives to help women reach their full potential. As a Board Member of the Chicago Chapter of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law, she supports and mentors women in the profession and contributes to building the next generation of legal leaders.
We are grateful for Mollie’s insight, integrity, and steady guidance. Her example reflects the kind of thoughtful leadership that we hope to see shape the future of our profession.
