Rebecca oversees all aspects of operations and client services, guiding complex claims administration and risk management strategies with expertise and precision. Over her nearly 35-year career, she has built a distinguished practice while creating meaningful opportunities for women to grow and lead.
As the leader of an all-women firm and a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, Rebecca continues to expand her impact across industries. Through Guide Path, she is working to transform senior living communities by fostering cultural change and improving quality of care for professionals, residents, and families alike.
