Dismissal Obtained in Nursing Home Case

Michael A. Airdo recently obtained dismissal for a defendant nursing home in Cook County Circuit Court of a ten count First Amended Complaint alleging violation of the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act and Wrongful Death.
