This past week, Airdo Werwas, LLC, had the honor of welcoming Father Anthony B. Pizzo, O.S.A., Prior Provincial of the Augustinians of the Midwest, to our office.
Father Tony presided over the “blessing of candles” in our office. Each candle bears the Coat of Arms and Motto of Pope Leo XIV, who, himself served as the Augustinian Prior Provincial as then-Father Rober Francis Prevost. The Holy Father’s Coat of Arms serves as a visible reminder of the values of service, unity, and hope that inspire our work throughout the year. We will be sharing these blessed candles with our clients during the Christmas season as a sign of light and warmth during days that are dark and cold.
We are grateful for Father Tony’s presence, his blessing over these gifts, and his longstanding friendship with our firm. His presence made for a meaningful moment for our Firm.
