On November 15, 2025, Michael A. Airdo presented, “Help - I’ve Been Subpoenaed, What Do I Do?” to the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth at their offices in Des Plaines, Illinois.
The presentation focused on the litigation process women religious are confronting today. He reviewed the complexity of claims, current legal matters involving women religious, and the evolving legal landscape in which these cases are addressed. Michael also outlined recent guidance from Pope Leo XIV on safe environments for both minors and adults.
