Mollie Werwas and Alyssa Lane Present at IHCA

We are excited to share that Mollie Nolan Werwas and Alyssa Lane will be presenting at the Illinois Health Care Association annual convention.

Mollie and Alyssa bring extensive experience advising long-term care providers on compliance and litigation matters, and they will address two issues that often create significant legal risk for facilities. They will highlight the role of nurse depositions in legal cases, offering practical strategies to strengthen documentation, communication, and testimony that reflects high-quality care. They will also provide guidance on best practices for responding to medical records requests from families, attorneys, and regulatory agencies, an area where errors can quickly result in liability or regulatory scrutiny.
