During Women’s History Month, we’re proud to recognize Carmen Arce-Cruz and Itzel Marcha, whose work keeps our firm running smoothly every day.
This year, we’re especially proud to celebrate Carmen’s 14th anniversary with the firm. As our Chief Operating Officer, Carmen oversees the administrative and operational functions that keep everything moving forward. Over the years, her leadership, reliability, and deep knowledge of the firm have made her an essential part of our team and our continued growth. Outside the office, Carmen enjoys spending time in her garden, going for bike rides, and taking long walks with her Husky and husband.
Working closely alongside her, Itzel manages her responsibilities with care and precision. Her attention to detail and steady approach help ensure that an important part of our day-to-day operations runs seamlessly. When she’s not at the office, Itzel enjoys reading and watching foreign films.
Together, Carmen and Itzel play a vital role in supporting the firm and the people within it.
