Diane is also the past Chairwoman of the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) Foundation and made history as the first female Chairwoman of AED in 2018. She remains actively involved in advancing workforce development and strengthening the industry through her continued service.
She also played a key role in West Side Tractor’s recognition as a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, reflecting both her leadership and the company’s commitment to advancing opportunities for women in a traditionally underrepresented industry.
