As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we are proud to recognize three exceptional women at Insurance Program Managers Group (IPMG) whose leadership, partnership, and expertise make a meaningful difference in the long-term care and public entity communities we serve — Dorrie Seyfried, Julie Wright, and Susanne Skjerseth,
Dorrie Seyfried, Vice President of Risk Management Services, brings both clinical understanding and strategic foresight to her work with senior living and long-term care facilities. Her ability to anticipate challenges, develop thoughtful mitigation strategies, and guide organizations through complex situations provides invaluable support — not only operationally, but also when matters enter litigation. Dorrie is a trusted advisor and an integral partner in ensuring facilities are well prepared and well defended.
Julie Wright, Claims Vice President, provides leadership that ensures consistency and strength across IPMG’s claims operations. Her oversight and guidance help maintain the high standards that clients rely upon, supporting organizations, both public and private, that serve our communities and their citizens.
Susanne Skjerseth, P&C Claims Manager, approaches claims management with clarity, experience, and a strategic efficiency. Her decades of work in public entity and long-term care claims are reflected in her balanced, practical approach to investigation and resolution. She understands the importance of fairness, communication, and efficiency, and her mentorship within IPMG strengthens the entire claims process.
We are grateful for the collaboration and professionalism these women bring to our shared work. Their leadership continues to strengthen the communities and facilities we are proud to represent.
